Deciding to have a website created can be a daunting idea but be rest assured that with Malluba:

• Only the cost of your hosting is payable on approval of the plan and concept
  
• The remainder of the cost is payable once you are happy with the site and sign it off to go live
• You can sign up to a contract for regular monthly activity (see the section on extras) but it's not required of you. If you don't sign up, you can still recieve for example statistical information or amends as and when you require them
  
• Malluba can teach you how to amend the website yourself so you can be in charge but we will still be here incase something went wrong or you were unsure as to how to do aomething
• Any work performed during a monthly period will all be invoiced at the end of the month
• We will always inform you of roughly how much a task is expected to cost before it is undertaken
• Amends can usually be completed withing 48 hours
