At Malluba we believe in giving a consistant, reliable service to both existing and new clients. We do not believe that you the client should just become a number or a project to churn out, but believe in treating each client as an individual. We are available for you to talk through issues or questions, no matter how trivial or obvious you may think they are and you will recieve an answer that makes sense and is easy to understand - not techy speak!

Malluba uses a system called Joomla! which is a website contect management system which means that you can access your website to make any amends from anywhere in the world at any time. Joomla! is one of the most powerful Open Source Content Management Systems on the planet and is used all over the world for everything from simple websites to complex corporate applications.

We can provide training for you and your company so you have complete control over your website. However, if you are too busy with the day-to-day running of your company or have no inclination to learn how to do it yourself, we can do amends and online marketing for you as and when you need it (see web packages for further details.)

Once your website is signed off and launched that does not mean the end of our relationship. You can contact us whenever you have a problem by either e-mailing us or calling on 07813 903983. You can also choose the level of involvement from malluba from web amends (charged hourly), creating links, adding news articles, monthly statistics reports, submitting to search engines, portals and directories - the choice is yours.
